Stop twiddling your thumbs.
Do you ever catch a coworker sitting aimlessly, twiddling their thumbs, staring at a blank computer screen counting down the clock? It’s just plain annoying. And when it comes to running your business, it is just plain unacceptable.
Twiddlers do not want to be at work; that is all it is to them is work. A non-twiddler may try and fail, make your company look bad and then try again and make you a half million dollars. While the twiddler will sit inconspicuously wasting your resources, both money and equipment, and let’s not forget a perfectly good human mind.
So when you are building your network, your staff, your friends, and your counterparts, try to stay away from the twiddlers of the world. Twiddling your thumbs places handcuffs on productivity.
